2. Order Confirmation and Payment

• Orders are only confirmed once full payment is made.
• All payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations and Credits

• Within 3 Business Days: No credit will be given for orders cancelled within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
• More than 3 Business Days: For cancellations with more than 3 business days’ notice, credit may be given for a future order. This credit will be less the fair market value of items or decorations that cannot be reused.

4. Rescheduling Orders

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 5 days’ notice before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
• Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the requested new date.
