Sunshine’s Sweettooth will provide a professionally decorated dessert as specified in the order. We appreciate your business and we are happy that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined.

DESIGN

Cake design is a creative and organic process. Sunshine’s Sweettooth will do our very best to replicate and create your selected design as closely as possible. However, at times, the cake designer must make adjustments to the design in the interest of structure stability or aesthetics, and will do so, without changing the design immensely.

Design changes to the order may be made until 1 week prior to the event and will be charged accordingly. Change requests after this time cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Any products ordered from a picture or of a product produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by Sunshine’s Sweettooth as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo. Certain creative changes may be made to your final design for the sake of stability and structural integrity.

PAYMENT

Order is only confirmed once full payment is made. All payments are non-refundable. There will be no credit given for orders cancelled inside of 3 business days. For cancellations with more than 3 business days’ notice, credit may be given for a future order, less the fair market value of items or decorations that cannot be reused. Rescheduling is allowed as long as 5 days notice is given and is subject to the date being available.

SERVING SIZES

Cake serving sizes are estimated. Specialty cakes, carved cakes and method of slicing may affect ultimate serving number. The Customer understands and accepts these terms, and must order their products accordingly after having considered these variables.

ALLERGENS

Our cakes are made in an environment where soy, egg, gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens, may be present. When specified by the client, Sunshine’s Sweettooth takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of our desserts and kitchen area. We take no responsibility for allergies or complications due to consuming our products. You agree to notify your guests of this risk.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING

We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people, last names, event details, contract details) without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
